Part time job interview friday...im scared!!!...help....

Ive got an interview friday for a part time job at a well known department store.
there is going to be about 10 of us in an 'interactive' interview. dreading it, ive not done anything like this before, just the usual one to one interview.
has anyone been in one of these interviews, if so, what did it involve??????

1. don't be scared, believe you can do it
2. Be assetive in the group, but not too loud or dominating and don't talk over others.
3. Listen to other people, show you have heard and show you are considering what they have said and respond accordingly.
4. If it involves a group exercise, try and make sure everyone is included.
I'm sure it will be fine. They usually just want to see how you interact with those around you and situations that you might encounter.
It can help to visualise yourself being great as a way to relax yourself.

you will likely be split into smaller groups and given a set task or exercise. this may be written responses to scenario questions to do with customer service or handling difficult situations. you will be observed by the interviewers annd so you need to get yourself noticed but also show yourself to be a team player, encourage everyone to participate but show that you understand the task.
If it is a Christmas temp job you are going to, they will stress the issue of extended opening and being flexible to work the extra hours to allow their permanent staff to keep to their regular hours. Be aware that we are moving into the busiest time in retail from october onwards and they will be lookign for someone who understands and accepts the pressure of working at the cutting edge of the modern retail interface.
