yes my daughter, she's 25, and allowed to drink, I can't frink vodka anymore it gives me heartburn so I drink bacardi now.

the % of alcohol (proof or ABV) will decrease.

the actual quantity of alcohol will remain the same, but as you are adding more liquid the overall % will go down.

It does sound disgusting though, and I like vodka!
