Is it possible to use my netbook as a sat nav? I have a Dell Inspiron Mini, on vodaphone network (i.e. no dongle, just a sim card). If so, how would I go about it?

you would need to buy a GPS receiver for it

and some sat nav software

Though in my opinion by the time you have bought both the above you may as well just buy a sat-nav instead.

Ok, just thought it might be possible and cheaper than buying one. I don't really like them, much rather look at a map, but if it had been cheap enough I'd have given it a go.
