VAT - which foods & household items are liable?

Can somebody please remind me - or give me a web link, for the list of food, grocery & general domestic household items such as cleaning materials, loo rolls, washing machine powder, etc which are liable to VAT? it seems a good idea to start stocking up before the VAT rate increases at the end of the year.
