We're going to s French restaurant in London in November, and I see they have roasted veal brains on the menu. This is one of the few bits of offal (along with tripe) that I haven't tried. I was wondering if anyone has, and whether they can recommend them - or should I stick to pasta?

Pasta? In a French restaurant?
ive never tried it but i suppose it depends how adventerous you are
i must admit the thought of it doesnt make me go yum yum lol
Well done for considering to eat brains! It tastes like bone marrow. A Very rich creamy meat. Texture smooth and velvety. Wouldnt it be nice to ask for a taste before you order? Try and see if you can do this.
