Moulin Rouge Soundtrack

I recently bought the piano book for Moulin Rouge. However many of the songs do not appear as it is the same as the CD soundtrack. However, those songs do appear on a second CD and I was wondering if there is a PVC book of this second CD. If there is where can I get it?

I only know of a remix by a group called Blue Lagoon.
