My tree looks like it is either dying or ready to drop its leaves. Could this be the dry summer? Or cat damage to the bark last year? It seemed fine earlier in the year and blossomed 3 times, and no further damage has occurred but it definitely looks brown, withered and unhappy. All other plants - even those which drop their leaves - look fine.

Very impressive knowledge! Did you know all that, or was it researched?
