Post a question log out and straight back in again and you'll get this box available, but if you post a answer it will disappear again until you log out and in....(tiresome or what!)

I can still post questions, so it seems you can post as many questions as you want, but as soon as you post a answer the question box goes away!!!

nah, don't think it's them trying to limit stuff, looks more like a mistake, doesn't make sense otherwise.

try posting a question though, you'll probably only be able to post a title, but not the question.
