Caravan as shed?

Hi, there is a field adjacent to our house which has been let out for horses and the people renting it have filled it with all manner of junk inc a shed and a rusty caravan which they seem to be using as storage. Is this allowed? It's a real eyesore and not sure if we can do anything about it.

Have a word with the people that own the property, You say junk! Is there a chance that a child could be hurt within this junk? complain on this basis.

you tend to find most paddocks used for ponys/horses have an old caravan parked in a corner for storage ,shelter etc. basicaly its because they are unable to put up a permanant structure due to planning/use regs.
