Has anyone any idea what is eating my geranium leaves. I have never known this before as they are quite tough and hairy and I thought insects didn't like that kind of leaf. I have looked but simply cant find anything, but the plants are ruined really now.

Even though you have looked, if you look really thouroughly you will find a small green catterpillar the same colour as the foliage and very difficult to see.
