Setting up a ltd company

Afternoon all,
I am about to set up a ltd company for my business. I'm happy to pay a bit more and let a company do it for me. I've seen the likes of duport who will do it same day

Does anyone have any recommendations from personal experience.

It really isn't difficult.

Contact Companies house and your local business link support service and they will tell you how to go about it. Save your money.

I used the �60 Standard package and it really was quick and they email you the key documents, posting the rest (share certs) on the same day. It is physically located in Folkestone (not that it makes any difference) and is the trading name of a company called eTienda Ltd.
I don't see the point in forking out for the extras in the �200 package
