i have lost the intructions for the bottom tank hoover as anyone got them ,,,the one with the pipe and tube...syphon style ,,,,,,,thanks

You place the rubber tube into an empty bucket, place the other end into the fish tank, pump the handle a few times and wait for the suction to happen.
