My neighbour gives her new baby Gaviscon for his indigestion. I am trying to remember the medicine that was prescribed to my sons when they were babies in the late 1970s, early 1980s. I think is was something like Asimol. I have searched the internet without luck. Can anyone tell me the name of that medicine, please?

Thank you for your answer, Elaine. But I remember it was just one word, beginning with an A, so I am still hunting for the name! :-)
