Gallbladder removal + 10% of liver resection

Cant find out from hospital "they say its patient confidentiality" and my dads a bit confused, by being on tablet Tramadol,but my dad has recently had is Gallbladder removed, they thought he had Gallstones at first, then he has just gone back into hospital again for a 10% liver reduction. To me this dont sound good, any one know of any simular experiances, have looked on NHS web site, but im no Doctor..Any constructive info/advice would be greatly appreciated... Thank you

Sorry, but taking your facts on face value, you are describing the surgery that one associates with malignant disease.

See your GP re. letter from hospital.
