Does anyone remember the name of the (weekday afternoon?) dj at PIccadilly Radio in Manchester during the late 1970s who played 'Lullaby Of Broadway' every day whilst doing a voiceover about the listeners dancing to this film soundtrack?

It's a question that popped into my head earlier today for no apparent reason and it probably won't go away until I get an answer. I've tried some searching but none of the names found so far seem right.

Thanks in advance...

No but thanks for the quick reply.

A first name of RAY has just come to mind... does that ring any bells?
Might it be Ray Terret? Not my area, so never listened, this is just a wild guess.
Ray Teret. I goggled it and it did say he played Lullaby of Broadway at 12:45pm on his sunday slot. Hope that puts your mind at rest.
I googled Piccadilly radio presenter played Lullaby of Broadway and I think it was at the top.

Thanks all, Ray Teret it was (I didn't think of doing something as obvious as googling my whole question, I was trying to be more devious).

And yes, I realise I've mistakenly given myself 3 stars for my previous posting.
