Yes, can I come?

I went once when I was about 4 or 5, and remember that I loved it. I try to watch it on TV when it's on, but it's not the same is it?

Have a great time :-)

Been 3 times and its awesome -and I wont spoil it by telling you anything else about it. (Im Scottish - so its not just for the tourists)

Enjoy !! (o and report back and tell me at the point you wished you were Scottish lol)
...reminds me...its the pipe band championships today
So it is -we had the Canadians here a few weeks back and they were brilliant - should have seen the turn out in the Wellmeadow -mainly locals -just great !!
I luv all that Dris, gives me goosebumps, my dad was a drummer in a pipe band - Ive got his sticks
I had to move to England before I went to see the tattoo. It was my daughter`s works do and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, even though we were exhausted as the bus broke down at Coldstream on the way there and had to wait for replacement from Newcastle, spent the day wandering round Auld Reekie, the performance and then a three hour drive home. The atmosphere was wonderful and we were lucky as there was no rain. I`m so envious. Wrap up well as the nights can be a bit chilly and if you can manage a seat pad with you, yer bum `ill no get sae sore!

I wouldn't like to be Scottish..They feel sorry for terrorists. One has just been sent home to a hero's welcome. Is he a hero for killing over 200 people? If not why is he a hero?
Can you speak the lanuguage?
Question Author
Can you spell the "Language"?

"they feel sorry for terrorists"

The scottish people dont, will you lot stop generalising about scots on this site, thats a few times Ive seen that statement this weekend
What is the logical link between The Edinburgh Tatoo and such a contraversial comment?
was it not a mainly Englandshire government that let hundreds of IRA terrorists free?

one persons terrorist is an others freedom fighter

My comment about freeing the Locherbie bomber was a bit 'Over the top' as i believe the majority of Scots did not agree with his release.I would like to withdraw my comment. Please accept my apologies.....
