Percentages anyone?

Hi,
Couldnt find an appropriate topic to pop this into so here goes!

I need to work out a percentage and I cant get my head round it. The scenario goes like this:-

If I received 249 enquiries between 08/01/08 - 12/07/08 and 1288 enquiries between 08/01/09 - 12/07/09 what is the percentage increase on last years enquiries?
