What is a bay handbag?

The question is in the title. I am looking at a handbag on ebay and it is described as a bay handbag but when I look on other sites at bay handbags they don't look anything like the one on ebay. Could anyone enlighten me?

it could be from the shop, Bay. they're a basic ladies fashion chain.

Thanks sara3 - maybe that's the answer - it's just that Chloe seems to make them so I thought it was the name of the style.

there will be a vast difference in price. the Bay shop bags shouldn't be more than �10-15.

Thanks Robinia and again sara3 for your help. I too would rather have a Chloe bag. I think this bag was definitey made by Bay. It started at 99p, the auction has closed and it has not sold so am glad I didn't go for it.
