Maybe the son asked for the cut? If you didn't consult you have no grouse.

No point in complaining once you've paid & left the salon - the hair was cut - job done!

I complained after I'd paid and left, was very nervous but they sorted it out for me. But then mine cost a bit more than �4 but he was stilling paying for a service which technically, they did not provide correctly.
