BBC's Wildest Dreams - music usedi n the opening sequence

Does anybody know the title of the music used in the opening sequence to the BBC's 'Wildest Dreams'? It is also used when England RFU walk out onto the field at Twickenham. I have been wanting to know for years but I have never found out who composed it.

As far as I can tell it's Escape by Craig Armstrong from the Plunkett and McLeane soundtrack.
