i want to exchange music from one ipod to another .

Yes maybe but can be difficult. If you've purchased your songs on itunes it is easy. You just plug your ipod into your computer and transfer them through itunes. If you haven't as i found it is much more difficult. You might have to experiment by transferring them to cd or a flash drive first and then move them. This is the problem with ipod its a sort of closed shop.Try the help on itunes it is quite good or there is an itunes blog i think. You have to transfer them through a computer though you cant transfer directly from ipod to ipod as far as i know anyway.
There are plenty of free programs available to download on the internet that allow you to 'rip' songs from your ipod so that you can transfer them either back to itunes, or into a folder.

Which program you use depends entirely on what kind of computer you're using. Just google it - there's loads on there.
