lol I'm already blonde you numpty!!! I think i could do a better job than most of the agents I have bought holidays from, mind i always go in having already decided what my criteria for the holiday is, the agent just has to hit the right keys as you say, but the lack of customer service in some of the agencies I have been in recently, it's ridiculous.
