you could try a bit of natural yogurt or creme freche, works for curry lol
Soured cream is lovely with chilli con carne and cools it down, or try adding another tin of tomatoes and cook for 10 mins or so.
tin of chopped tomatoes or here in Spain they have chopped tomatoes with bits of chopped peppers and onion and garlic in it.

like a sort of blended ratatouille

would give it body whilst diluting the hot taste.
I sometimes put a handful of oats in mine......a bit like breadcrumbs - they fill it out a bit & calm it down! ...also a dash of creme friche would be great
Cook a potato in it then discard. The potato absorbs some of the fire. I made pork suprise once... the suprise was that I used cayenne pepper instead of paprika!!! wooh that was hot.
Chuck a tin of baked beans (or two) in. It works!
Add some sugar - it will neutralise the hot chilli flavour
I agree about the potato...in fact-put several in ,then use in an omelette later. They wil be nice and spicey!!
I agree with MissTrery, add sugar a little at a time and stir in until the right heat is obtained.
someone i used to work with swore by a tablespoon of cadburys drinking chocolate to calm chilli down!
