I have recently bought a Vauxhall Astra 1.7 TDI. As the indicators flash I cannot hear the the clicking and as I`m tall the steering is in the way of the indicator lights. So is the a bleeper I could get that wont sound when the hazzards are on.

There is a legal requirement for the indicators to have an audible tick so you could take it back from whence it came and ask them to fix it.  Alternatively, yes bleepers are sold by car spares shops, just connect it to the output of your indicator relay.  Best borrow/steal/beg a Haynes for this connexion.
Most flasher relays emit the click sound, but there are some cars that have an electronic click.  Do you know which yours is?  If it's the former then replace the relay (very cheap).
