When did they stop making these cars?

They were brilliant!. Had a mini, but always wanted an elf. Haven't seen one for 15 years. (I live in New Zealand.)

hi MWB, i used to have a 1967 riley elf mk 3 it was damask red with an old english white roof, it was my first car after i past my driving test ( 1973 ) great little car.

It'd be great if they made a "new" elf like the "new" mini.

Hi MWB,

I remember my friend's Mum buying a brand new Riley Elf when I was a kid. I went with them when she drove it out of the showroom and home. It was grey with a red interior I recall. I'm showing my age (47) but I haven't seen one here in the UK for years now.
