Hi hope you can help - have been watching an american cook on the TV and would like to try one of her recipes but she refers to butter in "sticks" - can anyone convert this into uk weight? Many thanks in advance

Was it the Barefoot Contessa? She puts a stick of butter in EVERYTHING!! All looks sooo good though.

Dead right there lollyone - but she does add fruit so it MUST be healthy -LOL
