Is it possible to skip the starting 2 years of university and go straight to the third year(after doing A-levels)?

II am quite perplexed about this Question

I want to skip the 1st two years of Uni, because I don�t want to repeat what I learned at High School.

So if your high school is so brilliant in what it teaches I think you should try to go straight to 3rd year Uni in your own Country. I assume the UK education system is not good enough for you, because you would not be able to go straight to a 3rd year class.

i don't know why you sound so offensive but let me explain to you a little about the education system in my Country,there are two systems one is the local local board and the other is a levels.A levels is supposed to be better than the local board and it is said (in my Country)that you study the same things in the first two years of uni as in a levels.
