There's been an earthquake in NZ

in the lower half of the South Island. Measured 6.6 by GNS Science, to 8.2 by a tsunami warning centre in Hawaii.

Happened about an hour ago. Some power outages.

I'm half way up the South Island, but didn't feel a thing.
