Seriously I don't think O'Leary does himself any favours. Whenever I've seen him interviewed he appears to have a Gerald Ratnerish approach of 'Of course our service is 'total crap'' - what do you want for a tenner? Stop whingeing'.
Fair enough if you're the only one offering those fares, but there's a few others whose service seems less crap for the same money.
