good morning i was wondering if anybody could give me some advice.... i privately rent a property and my tenancy was only for 6mths after this my landlord was suppose to renew it. but to date she still hasnt renwed it, im looking too move out of her property but could anybody tell me would i still have to give her notice to quit bearing in mind i have no tenancy???? thanks inadvance if you can provide me with the answer x

You still have to goe 1 month's notice.

The end of the month's notice must correspond with whichever day in the month your monthly rent periods ended under the old contract.
