Can anyone tell me where I can report a butterfly sighting. Is there a website for such things? I've just seen in my garden what appears to be a Question Mark butterfly which are apparently native to the U.S. So this is rather exciting. Perhaps someone else has seen one over here. If you have please let me know
Many thanks.

Sounds interesting. I'd suggest you contact Butterfly Conservation or your local Wildlife Trust.
It would be wonderful if it was, brick2, but our own Comma butterfly can look remarkably similar, so make absolutely sure before you report it.

Many thanks for those replies guys. I have had it confirmed as a Comma by a guy from the Hants Butterfly Society tonight, having done a bit more research into various websites. So, i will take a keener interest in our winged wonders from now on and thanks again for your help.
