Dell Latitude Touchpad configuration

Hi all

I've just inherited a Dell Latitude (D610 and I can't find the Touchpad configuration

It's not in the obvious places (Control Panel.Mouse)

Neither is there an icon in the taskbar.....

Where else should I look?
