Can anyone tell me where to find the sensors for the oil warning lamp and the engine cooling fan on this model?

No but you can beg, borrow, steal, download a Haynes.

The oil pressure warning light switch is screwed into the rear of the cylinder block, about the right hand driveshaft's support bearing.

The fan works via the engine management system which is fed information via the coolant temperature sensor.  The sensor is screwed into the top of the thermostat housing.  However be cautious of messing with components which are directly connected to the EMS as you can seriously mess up your engine's settings.
