Capitulated? That's a bit strong isn't it?
I saw a Lions team that took it to SA in every area of the pitch, had them rattled and had it not been for 4 key injuries would have gone on to record a famous victory.
Coupled with a poor decision by the ref to allow Burger to stay on the field I'd say we can feel a little aggrieved and certainly hard done by.
If O'Gara hadn't had brain ache with 20 seconds to go we'd have been looking at a fantastic game next week.

I totally agree with your final sentence but the inference that a few injuries allied with a duff refereeing decision are justifiable reasons for these experienced players losing a substantial lead in such a vital match quite frankly cuts no ice with me.
Great credit must also go to the Springboks but, in classic sporting parlance/cliche, it was a game of two halves. And we failed to kill them off in the second half which, as far as I'm concerned, was down more to ineptitude and lack of killer instinct than anything else.
No sense of urgency in that final 40 minutes whatsoever. We ultimately got what we deserved.

I dont even class Murray as a Brit, he openly stated he hates the English and is proud to be a Scot. Nought wrong with that, yet he was happy to take as much money as he could glean from the English Lawn Tennis Association in his earlier days, and drop coaches willy nilly after they had given up their day jobs to help him on his journey. He was, and still is, a spoilt kid.
