XP, AOL or RealOne. Who do I blame

When i log on as administrator (thats the only a/c i have set up on my pc). I try to download RealOne player. it downloads but before installation is complete it tells me i need to be logged on as administrator to proceed ??? Any ideas anybody please

What operating system are you using?  Try adding another user account to the computer giving it full admin rights and try with that account.  It certainly won't be an issue with AOL if the rest of your internet connection is fine and more than likely not a problem with RealOne either.
are you sure your account is set up as administrator/ To check click on control panel, then click user accounts, then click change an account, click your account, click change account type, make sure computer administrator is selected.  btw this is only for XPs which it sounds like you have.

Thanks for the reply you 2. I tried what you said Kerplunk & 3Styler, but still get the same message saying i need to be administrator. I've checked and checked again. its now driving me potty
