How would you find a long lost family member?

I am looking forr some of my family. I have a father that probably was deported back to Nigeria. I have a half-brother and I think a half-sister here in America. I am looking for my father and also my siblings. I don't really have a lot of info or money. Does anyone know how I can search without using lots of money?
