Cd label paper

I bought cd label paper a long time ago, and it came with other paper that had labels on it, three across, 10 down. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a program or a template to print on these labels?

Sorry if im not totally clear...

I have nero but i cant find an existing template to fit them

if it's sticky back labels I use microsoft works to print them. Go onto works and templates lists of different sizes of labels there just choose the size and set your print all the same or all different labels. I did all mine different for my christmas cards great.
