I have a packard bell imedia pc. After installing a new hard-drive (and copying my master cd's to it) ActivBoard has become more prominent. I always knew I had this, and what it was (its the key-board shortcuts like F1: News, F2: Shopping etc).

Anyway, my main problem is that on startup it goes to the system tray and has 4 icons which clogs it up a bit. Now its easy enough to remove from the system tray by closing it down, but can anyone tell me how to remove it from the system tray on start-up.

The file name appears to be MMKeybd.exe, and it doesnt appear in Start> All Programs>Startup.

goto start -> run and type "msconfig" (no quotes).

goto the startup tab, and untick what you don't want. they shouldnt startup anymore, unless you run the program and it sets itself to auto-start again.
