Promoting sub folders

A fairly simple question I guess but I've not found the answer. In My Documents I have a number of folders and one folder in particular now has three sub folders. I would like each of these sub folders now to have folder status. What do i need to do please?

Sub-folders are folders!

do you mean you want to move them up in the folder structure, if so just right click on the folder, select cut and then goto where you want the folder and select paste from the edit menu.
