I believe it's a slang version of 'beau' the old-fashioned word for an admirer, Interestingly, since this has been 'Number One' for a few weeks, we can assume that everyone who wants to, has heard it by now - so why is Radio One still playing it at least once on every show - five shows in a day - aren't they sick of it yet? I am!

A "Boo" is a west coast term of endearment, like "baby". RJA got is spot on. Her boyfriend, if he found out, might then refer to Kelly as a "boo boo head", which is west coast slang for a very deceitful woman (I was going to put something else but answerbank won't allow the word!!)
