I have had lactose intolerance all my life, and I have for sometime now used goats milk/soya and rice milk as a substitute in my diet.
I have recently stumbled upon a new product called lacto free- cows milk with the lactose filtered out. The packaging describes it as safe for people with lactose intolerance- but i've found that I am experiencing some affects- was wondering if there are others with the same problem.

appologies for the essay :-)

I'm lactose intolerant too however I've only seen Lactofree in the supermarket. Never tried it because it still has a small amount of lactose in it (around 0.3 or 3%, something like that). I've tried this dairy alternative called 'Nice Dreams' which is a lovely creamy drink made out of rice. You can add to cereals and it tastes really good. Goes a bit funny in tea though!
