if your possessions are all bought and paid for can the bailiffs take any of them against the debt you owe, even if you are making a regular token payment as advised by the CAB ?

Bailiffs require a warrant, issued by a court, before they can seize your possessions. Your creditors can't obtain such a warrant unless you've already had a county court judgement (= 'CCJ') made against you and you've failed to comply with the terms of that CCJ.

Do the bailiffs have a warrant?
I don't know about them taking things when you are making payments but i do know that if they are entitled to take things they can take ANYTHING that belongs to you including pets, cars, three piece suites basiclly anything they can get money for.

Why would you think they can't take stuff you have finished paying for? That is the stuff they can get money for they'll have it.
