i get this bad during my period-not before. you have to stick to a good diet, with limited wheat and dairy and this should help-also try Aquaban-help with water retention which causes bloating in the days before a period. can get it from boots etc.
Yes, I do, had tests/scans etc and eventually found out it is ovulation pain. And yes it does hurt! Dont think its anything to worry about though, just inconvenient and a little unfair!
