going to cuba next jan in thomsons brocure it says visa needed wich is 15 pounds do we have to get one from ebassy or do the travel agents send it you before we go .

as far as I know getting any visa is your responsibility , not the travel agents. Some countries will process on arrival but as you are not going until next year presume you have plenty of time to get one.
