We have someone who every weekend parks his high sided van outside our next door neighbours property. I understand that he has every right to do this under law; however because he obstructs my view totally when I attempt to pull out of my small driveway I am afriad that he will cause me to have a nasty accident as I unable to see any vehicles or cyclists approaching my property from the direction from which his van is parked. I know from other neighbours having spoken with him in the past that he is hot headed and totally unreasonable person who refuses to listen to reason. On the basis that I feel that his parking, where he does, is endangering life is there anything I can do please?

You could contact the Police and make a complaint of dangerous parking.
Park your car where he normally parks
It would be a shame if it was vandalised every time he parked there wouldn't it?
Hi, been there seen the video, take my advice It will work, take a few photos from every angle, side, back, from your drive, opp side of the road, forward from your drive, try & time/date the photos & if poss do it when this ignorant Pratt is about, if he/ she asks what is going on do not say anything let the person think & think he/she will, get a measurement from the van to the entrance to your drive & try & get a witness to sign it, then take it from there. Contact you insurance comp with the details & explain there is an accident waiting to happen & see what advice they also will give you.
