a friend has around 40k in an nhs pension, which has been frozen for a number of years, she is now desperate for some monies and has been trying to release some funds from the scheme, after numerous phone calls emails and letters they have said she can have a lump sum of 13k and an income of 300 per month, does this seem right, she was hoping to free the whole amount. thanks
