If you have a mortgage this should be on your deeds, and certainly it would be declared on any bricks and mortar insurance or mortgage.
Without knowing for sure, i would suggest it was built around 1880+ as the street is probably named after Queen Vistoria's consort Prince Albert. Is it a terraced house with a glass paned arch above the front door? This would mean it was a pre-gaslight build as the glass arch was to provide light for a staircase immediatly behind the front door.
