i am lost i have terminted my car loan agreement as i have paid the 50% required to terminate though the company are coming back to me saying i had missed 4 payments and owe �900 i have proofed through my bank that i have paid on the dates and they come back saying i owe money because they never got what the car was worth at auction and threating legal action i have recieved 2 different calls from the comapny saying they are willing to offer deals though both callers have came up with different amounts what should i do??

You have a legal right under the consumer credit act to return the car - although lenders do not like it. I would tell them that the contract is terminated and if they keep this up that you will take legal action against them.
