If you have the registration document and identification, you may be able to order one from your Fiat dealer.

This happened to a friend of mine and Ford quoted him �180 for a replacement. He found a guy in the yellow pages who did it for half the price. That was for a key with the immobiliser chip in it, for a 94 punto it is probably just a key so could be cheaper.
