Norway don't use it do they?
Denmark, Sweden, Bulgaria, Hungary, Wales, England, Scotland.
The pound has fallen against nearly all currencies, so there's little to be gained by avoiding the euro zone.

If you're determined to keep clear of those countries using the euro, the map on this page might help you consider the various options. (Simply avoid the blue areas):

Copenhagen is a very pleasant city for a short break. It's also a great base or touring. (There are some good beaches in the area. Additionally, there are frequent trains, 24 hours per day, for the short hop over the Oresund Bridge into Sweden):

Riga is frequently recommended as an interesting city to visit, with fairly cheap prices:

Budapest is also popular:

How about London, Edinburgh, Cardiff.

Turkey are "sort of" in Europe and dont use the Euro.
If you like Prague you would probably like Budapest. Similar and yet a lot to see and do. I can't remember what the name of the town is, but a short boat trip up the Danube and you are at a working village that is centuries old. Very interesting for both adults and children. Just ask anyone in Buda or Pest and they can tell you how to get there.
the cheapest ones at the moment (I'm assuming exchange rates are your problem with the euro) are supposed to be Bulgaria and Iceland. They say Bucharest and Reykjavik are both interesting places (rather than pretty ones) but I haven't been to either.
just back from budapest, been a couple of times for dental work. Eating out is very cheap and great history and sights. Prague is nicer though or krakov
I was going to suggest Budapest as well, I loved the place.
Istanbul or Tallinn.
Switzerland? Geneva and Zurich are beautiful. Good chocolate too.
